Fabrizio is very countable flat host, from booking water cab to assist solving every problem we encountered. We enjoyed our stay in his flat, the location is great that we could avoid crowded tourists yet easily visit every place we wanted to go. Though his flat doesn't have an elevator, it's common in Venice, we had very heavy luggages due to our long trip, however we managed it. We love to choose his flat for our next visit in Venice!
